Social media users are stunned after a woman revealed a transformation so extreme it looks like a lifetime of change—
yet it happened in just four years. Known online as Toxii, she proudly calls herself a body modification enthusiast.

Today, her upper body is nearly blacked out in tattoos. She’s also had her nose removed, tattooed her eyes and tongue, split her tongue, and even implanted horns in her forehead. Most shockingly, she keeps her removed body parts preserved in small jars.
Her viral before-and-after post shows the contrast: in 2019, she had long blonde hair, makeup, and no visible tattoos. Now, she appears with jet-black hair
, heavy ink, and a dramatically altered look. Asked why she pursued such changes, she said: “Because I like to be imperfect, and I think imperfections make you unique.”
With nearly 160,000 Instagram followers, she shares her journey openly. In a recent interview with artist Devon Rodriguez,
she admitted her nose removal was the most painful procedure—healing took eight weeks. Reactions online are divided.
