UPDATE: The preliminary autopsy in Riley Strain’s death investigation is completed.
According to WKRN News 2, following the completion of the preliminary autopsy, Strain’s death continues to appear “accidental with no foul play suspected.”
The search for Riley Strain has come to a devastating end.
According to CNN and several other reports, Strain’s body was discovered and recovered from the Cumberland River in Nashville, Tennessee.
As earlier reports revealed, Strain went missing during a weekend trip to Nashville after he was “kicked out” of Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge bar on March 8. His family hadn’t heard from him since.
Riley Strain’s body was discovered eight miles from downtown Nashville.
Police with direct knowledge of the situation took to X to share that “no foul play-related trauma was observed” after locating Strain’s remains. “An autopsy is pending.”
